Your design journey begins with a discovery call, where we’ll get to know each other and discuss your design goals. We’ll talk about the scope of your project, your style and functional needs, and your expectations for quality and budget. Afterward, if we’re a great fit, we’ll schedule your in-home consultation to dive deeper into the details.
Once we’re the right fit for your project, we collect a retainer based on the initial design phase and begin measuring and photographing your space. During the consultation, we’ll tour your home or office to assess the space, lighting, and existing furnishings. Together, we’ll determine your style, functionality needs, and budget before starting the design process.

Once we have measured your space, we can start designing your project. In this phase we create floor plans from the measurements of your space, work on finding the right pieces for your budget and quality expectations, record all relevant details of the items including attributes, materials, dimensions, pricing and availability. We also collect samples of any materials that are available.
At our follow-up appointment, we’ll present your design plan with selections of wood finishes, fabrics, and other elements for you to see, touch, and feel. You’ll choose the items you’d like to include, and we’ll handle the purchasing and execution at commercially reasonable retail prices—no hourly fees. A deposit is required for any furniture and decor selected. We’ll also review contractor estimates and present them for your approval.
All home furnishings and decor purchases go through us. We handle the ordering, track deliveries, and manage any issues like backorders or replacements. We also coordinate with contractors to ensure the design is communicated clearly and materials arrive on time.
When your items arrive, they’re carefully inspected, wrapped for delivery, and we’ll arrange your white-glove delivery. We’ll be there to make sure everything goes smoothly. Once everything’s in place, we’ll style each piece to complete your project.
Many of our clients love the “Big Reveal” experience! We ask that you stay close by but out of the project area while we finish setting up—it’s an exciting way to experience your newly transformed space!
